Looking for a non-technical co-founder with domain expertise

Hey, I'm a software engineer, 9 years in the industry, currently working full time based out in Europe.

I've been wanting to build something on the side that actually has legs beyond freelancing or contract work. Thats how I started building Agentic Exp (agenticexp.com). The idea is a managed digital employee SMBs hire on retainer. Clients pay for the result, we run agents behind the scenes to deliver it.

I'm technical and can build the agentic workflows, delivery, and infra. What I'm missing is someone with real domain experience inside an industry. Agencies, law, insurance, manufacturing, professional services, finance etc.. Somewhere SMBs already outsource repetitive ops and have budget for it. The more niche it is, the better!

You know the pain from the inside, I know how to automate it.

You'd help pick the vertical wedge, shape the offer around real workflows, and open doors. I own build and ship. Looking for a real partner to brainstorm, sell, and steer the product.

Looking for someone equally serious about building outside their 9-5. Equity on the table for the right fit. Worst case we exchange ideas. Best case we land a pilot client in your industry. DM if interested.

Preferred locations: Europe, USA, Canada, Africa, East Asia
