Hi, I am absolutely NOT sure if Ive had a miscarriage or not.

It all started on May 4th, the night after I ate some juicy, oily dönner. (Btw my regular cycle, since I was a teen has always been every 40 days. Also, I had an abortion in 2021). The same night I had some excruciating pain in my lower abdomen. I thought I was dying. The next morning my period started, the normal amount, normal days.

Fast forward to my next period that should have started 14 days ago, I'm starting to worry that the scenery in May might have been a miscarriage and now there is still..tissue left over in my uterus?? Peed in a cup, both test came out negative.

What could my situation be? What is your advice? Yes I WILL go to an obgyn, just wanted to I guess reassure myself I wouldn't have to get a metal stitck stuck in my insides 🙂‍↔️
