21-24 Siennas, TIL about a nifty Nav feature

I’m sure it’s in the manual, but if you are using the map with exit list, you can click on an exit number, it will bring up a map of that area with the location of the icons that show up below it, you click on one, it will tell you what it is and can add it to route, or go directly.

Pressing your finger on another area of the map will center on that point if you are looking for a particular icon and it isn’t on the screen at first.

Hope this helps someone! My biggest take away is to try touching all over the display for other potential features that may be hiding.

Cypress in it’s natural habitat

As I choose the cypress green color and noble brown leather (as if I had a choice) I thought about forests, I always enjoy visiting parks! Bridger National Forest near Pinedale WY. Yellowstone and glacier are next!

Phantom cross traffic alerts/vehicle heading towards rear when backing into garage

Hey all, besides turning off the rear parking brake assist, has anyone discovered ways to deal with this?

I've tried going really slow, thought it might be a reflection of the car in the tool chest behind it and covered it up with no difference. It seems to happen with the angle transition from our driveway to the garage making it think whatever is in the garage is moving forward.

I know the RPBA is in the shortcut menu and it's only mildly annoying to turn off and on, but any recommendations are appreciated.
