Main issues caused
- Extra payments asked in the name of Bill
- No statement available, check screenshot added
- No reply from Nodal Officer since 4th June

Unfortunately I’ve been a customer of SalarySe for 4 months and have only used it for few payment of 600rs.

But they asked me 3 payments of 500rs+ from their app. I paid them just too not affect my CIBIL, but was sure I’ll get my balance in negative or in Statement if I paid extra, but no. My balance stayed 0rs.

All the statements show “null” and I’m trying to contact nodal officer and customer support since past 2 weeks but no help at all.

Should I reach out to RBI ombudsman ? If yes will I be able to get some help from their end in this situation ?

Paid 310rs to an auto driver using upi and got 1k by the fire game somehow 💀 its my highest till now.

Happy to know the highest from other guys too, I’m aure other people must’ve earned 2-3k

I’ve spent around 1L on my Slice app last month which gave me a roughly 6.6% of returns. The breakdown is below

Spends - 98986rs
Base Monies - 88430
Fire Monies - 9623
Total Monies - 98053 - 2942rs (3% back)
Sparks - 2532rs back on 17676rs (14.3%)
Total returns - 5474rs (5.5%)
Interest - 755rs
Total returns with Interest - (6.3%)

Total - 6229rs on 98986rs ✨

Feels amazing considering this is a LTF card with this good reward rate !!!

At 3L monies right now, will redeem ar 5L in few months

I was checking about this card when it launched (approx 6 months back) but never got any offer in my app and I didn’t care as it was having some fees.

But today it showed me that its LTF and its available.

The catch ?

It did my aadhar KYC and did a Hard Enquiry on my cibil showing a 4.6L Limit available and then showed that we aren’t giving you right now, you have to wait 🤦🏻‍♂️

Did anyone else face this ?

Features of the card
