Brand new whirlpool not draining
Model wdf341papm, I can hear the drainage pump running but nothing is going through the drainage hose. It's a brand new hose and a dishwasher has been installed here before so obviously the plug in the garbage disposal has been knocked out.
The whole bottom of the washer is filled with water. I pulled the filter out but obviously it's not a clogged filter because it's brand new machine. Any ideas?
