I can't really remember much but I saw it on instagram around 6 to 8 months ago. Each episode starts with a reddish brown, goblin like child with a bucket on their head saying "Hello, my name is Basil", where basil is pronounced quieter and succintly. She says her appearance terrifies those who see her, which is why she wears the bucket.

She travels with a party of "adventurers" who are exiled from their city One of the episodes brings them to an evil witch's castle to escape a snowstorm where she says she wants to be a jester.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I've been searching for a while.
