How do I get a refund for a ebike reservation where I found both tires slashed when I reached the bike?

Found this at the bottom of the email informing of the rebranding. That is all.

Now that the monthly passes are not sold for a specific zone, can you with say a two zone pass ride from Z1 to Z2, tag off, tag on again and catch the next train from Z2 to Z3? Is there a minimum time you have to wait before tagging on again?

I saw a lot of people unsuccessfully trying to unlock bikes, even with clipper cards or wifi. I assume it was due to the bikes using cellular networks and those networks being too congested. Fortunately I rode my own bike in.

If not too foggy, would Hawk Hill be a good spot to view the July 4 fireworks from? Not sure if they are launching above the bridge or in front of the bridge on the east side.

Was trying to get from DEF to Garage G/BART, waited 10 minutes, watched two Red line trains arrive and then ended up taking the second one the long way around.
