Anmelden oder nicht (doppelte Grundgebühr, Offgrid)

Ich habe eine Offgrid-Anlage (8kWp mit Victron-Komponenten) gebaut und an einen bereits vorhandenen Notstrom-Umschalter (Not=Off-Grid-Solar) angeschlossen. Ich habe versucht die Anlage anzumelden (um auf Netzparallelen Betrieb zu wechseln) aber der Elektriker kommt nicht. Jetzt habe ich hier kürzlich von der fast doppelten Grundgebühr für PV-Besitzer gelesen und frage mich jetzt noch viel mehr ob die Anmeldung (bei der für Autarkie dimensionierten Anlage) überhaupt Sinn macht. Kann der Staat/Netzbetreiber überhaupt für die Off-Grid-Anlage höhere Gebühren fordern? Übersehe ich etwas? Danke schonmal im Voraus!

Need M18x1.25 left-handed nut

I got a drill press second hand and found out too late that the nut that holds down the pulley above the spindle was missing. The two are connected via a cone and the M18x1.25 left-handed thread/nut pulls the cone tight. The manufacturer (Interkrenn) does not exist anymore and this type of nut seems to be unavailable on the market. Any suggestions on how to get the machine working without spending a fortune?

Issue with 3-phase setup

Maybe someone knows the issue? Despite the blinking on the MultiPlus-II 5000, VenusOS reports no error. It is not inverting and and one third of the power that should be produced to achieve the ESS grid setpoint is missing, leading to grid imports. There was no actual overload (usual loads, grid parallel operation). The issue already appeared once a few months ago. It was also the L2 inverter. Attempting to fix the issue I tried „Restart VE.Bus System“ but the blinking reappeared immediately after the clicking of the relays. The inverter resumed operation after 1 or 2 hours without further intervention.

Low back pain after deepsquating

I am still working towards being able to be comfortable in a deep squat position. Currently I am working in the garden in this position for hours and I think it caused some tension feeling in the lowest back part. Is some this to be expected when moving into this position or is there likely a posture problem behind it?
