Hi all please be kind I didn't know this was such a bad carrier until after seeing this group and I don't use it nearly enough to justify a really expensive carrier (used it about 3 times all inside the house).

Baby is 4+1 months old and honestly doesn't like facing me, a couple times she's been world facing and has enjoyed that much more. Putting her in the carrier for this fit check and she started fussing almost straight away.

I'm not sure how to get a deeper M shape? Am I doing it wrong and is that why she hates it? She loves being carried especially facing outwards but she's getting quite heavy now. She didn't hate it as much when she was world facing but I now know this carrier is rubbish for that.

Also it's difficult to see but she is close enough to kiss!
