i live outside of kerala and was thinking of getting my hair dyed.
i was wondering if i should do it here, where it would be $165 (around 8250 rupees) or do it in kerala at a salon. i wanna do brown balayage highlights on my black hair.
opinions on where is more cheaper and quality wise, better?

hey i am looking to run a summer camp over the summer (hopefully mid july) for a week straight mon-fri 9am-4pm. i been calling many community halls and churches for a room rental but they all have programs happening or/and they’re booked out completely!!
