Found this old Belgian/French inland waterways map – any idea of its age or value?

It includes canals, rivers, ports (Antwerp, Dunkirk, Calais, Lille, etc.), lock information, and what appears to be a detailed navigation table on the right-hand side.
The map is quite large, printed on thin paper, and shows obvious signs of age (yellowing, creases, edge wear, and a few tears), but it’s still fully readable.
Does anyone know:
Approximately what year this map was printed?
Who might have produced it?
Whether it would have been used by commercial barge/skipper crews?
Whether it has any collector or historical value?

I’ve attached several close-up photos of the title, map details, and navigation tables.

Due to my boyfriend's job nature, he gets to find very cool antique items.

Found this small perfume bottle while digging

my boyfriend found this on one of his jobs while digging up the garden, it is made of thick moulded glass with a ground-glass stopper. If anyone knows anything about this, it would be appreciated 🥰

It resembles the screenshot bottle a lot but it is not quite that.
