Anybody know a movie where it shifts to a new genre/tone?

Ex: movie edited and everything to be a comedy and then something horrible happens.

Similar to the show Kevin can F Himself.

Couple in Tremonton released due to incorrect timing on file charges.

I truly hope they file something else ASAP. How do these people feel ok going back into society? Their poor child and family.
