This normal?

This normal?

Took delivery last week of a 27 Forest Green with captains chairs / Ocean Coast (sports black) and am noticing some unexpected behaviors. I’m on 26.31.0.

1st, no audio coming via any source, Bluetooth, Apple Music, nada. Did a reset with the left steering wheel and hazard, then audio came back. This self resolved, but I see youuuuuu.

2nd, and what’s the intent of this post is— is this screen normal? It doesn’t seem normal. I ended a small charging session at home. Mainly to make sure my newly installed L2 worked. I moved the car into drive, and moved it a few feet. This is the screen I see. I do notice icon overlap on the bottom right which makes me think this isn’t normal.

Curious if anyone has seen this?

Charging Accessories included with purchase

There are certain states that mandate that auto manufacturers include a DC adapter, an AC adapter, and a mobile charger. I've seen this in the context of R2s but not really R1s. I can't find anything on reddit, news articles. I can only find the 2022 regulation that put this requirement into effect.

Does anyone have any documentation that this does apply to the R1? I may or may not be working with a Guide on a deal who is telling me that I have to pay for it.... need a gut check.

I did find the regulation (California) and there are no exclusions..... so there's that.

Have been chatting with a pre-owned guide. Need some thoughts here.

I went ahead and entertained buying this car. It’s going for $99K pre-owned, 2025 Tri Max. Before tax, registration, transfer fee, blah blah blah.

For kicks I went on car max and Carvana, and they’re offering low 60s, like $62K. Instant depreciation.

So I would pay $99K plus 10% tax in CA, so I’m at $110K before I put one mile on it, only for this car to be worth $62K the next???

What am I missing in the used car Rivian space…..
