I've been diagnosed with pcod and doc has advised me to consume Greatin tablets for 3 months. I've been having irregular periods for the past 3-4 years.
I'm 5'5 and I'm 100kgs- which explain why I have pcod but I find it extremely hard to loose weight.
I tried gym for strength training but it didn't help me at all. I'm vegetarian which makes it incredibly hard to get enough protein ngl.
My doc has advised me to not go for birth control pills which usually some gynaecs suggest to regularise periods- which actually worsens the whole scenario.
If you guys have found any method or wtv- that has helped y'all significantly to regularise periods and loose weight- kindly give me some tips🙏
