Hi Aspirants and members, recently received an email from reddit regarding the logo we are using as display picture of sub reddit, since this is official logo if ICMAI, I think someone has reported it and I would like to change it to something else so as to not to lose this community that we have grown over the years. I have already updated the description but need to update DP too.

Arts Enthusiasts and AI masters please whip up something nice that can be used as display picture. The most upvoted one would be selected, provided it is relevant.

Passed foundation in dec 2025 , wished to appear both groups in dec 2026 but will give both groups in June 2027 . Took classes of all 4 subjects of group 1 and omsm Registered for both groups in February 2026 as per old syllabus.

So Is there going to be any syllabus change in dt and idt

Also heard that new income tax act will be applicable from June 2027

So do I need to prepare for dt again?

Well I passed in group discussion, and than today had an interview (best investment bank in the world ifykyk) on campus. They told us basically our college thst 1st there would be a technical round than an HR round, but the company did the reverse.

I wasnt prepared for HR round so I didnt expect to get selected tbh. I didnt qualify round 1. Later called my friend to ask how it was, she told me that they most probably wont select students who are doing professional like CMA, CA etc because they need immediate employment after we graduate.

The HR asked me choose between "CMA and Internship"

I told him "I can manage both " but he said "only choose one"

I chose internship saying "in this economy experience matters more than just a professional degree" 😭😭

(Started 2nd year few days ago, doing bcom generals. Feels unfair to me)

Why is there so much hate for cma in ca fraternity

I was in an onboarding process of XYZ company where there was someone from CA finals as well might be of age 30 or more, he was continuously trying to degrade us by discussing with someone that these CMA RANK HOLDERS are also not able to qualify ca .....he himself was struggling in CA finals and he had the guts to say so ....What a pathetic human he was 🤬🤬

Hey guys currently I am in CMA final, passed CMA inter June 26 attempt...(1st attempt)

Before passing my exam evrything is alright...expect I forget things...like..mom told me.. something and I forget .. because all my life I don't bear any responsibility and when I go outside I check things many times make sure I have all like I feel I have checking ocd

And now when I go to articleship interview and see all the documents and responsibilities I feel that I will do mistakes on daily basis .. I don't know it's give me anxiety before even joining..I feel I quit CMA . because in accounting there are many details..and accuracy is important..I need suggestions what should I do ..I feel something like i have adhd.

I got 7.14 cgpa in my first year, tho i didn't expect a lot because i wasn't well during my second semester.

I just wanna know if it's gonna affect my future in cma somehow? Should i go for improvement in a few subjects to make it better? other than cma, what are the other fields in which it might give me some disadvantages?

Does anybody have any idea how much time does it take for reverification of papers? And do they really increase marks?

i want an advice from someone who has cleared g1 and g2 together
since i have already lost my window for dec 2026
i was working full time and left my job last month want to switch into finance and fp&a roles
i am considering of giving g1 and g2 together in june 2027 but i am unable to decide since that would only leave me with 9 months of study time or shall defer to dec 2027

Hiii I took g1 for 2 attempts and g2 1st attempt gone and i am 23 years old so after cleared my cma inter will i get good job and what will be the expected package i mean minimum pay

Any suggestions if i want quit i don't know what better alternative are there

I am part of the December 2025 postal batch, and I am going to appear for my first Intermediate attempt this December. I have completed the Communication and Soft Skills module through the NPTEL platform, but I have no idea how to complete the remaining modules, such as Tally, MS Office, and E-Filing.

Could someone please guide me on how to complete these modules? I would also like to know whether we need to upload the completed certificates on the ICMAI portal to avail the credits.

This july I cleared my cma recieved a mail for ASTP ( for campus placement ) but someone told me if we dont pay for training they don’t call for convocation is it true???
