AITA For telling my mom that keeping food on the counter for hours spoils it and I'm not going to eat it if that happens?

My mom keeps leaving food on the kitchen shelf for hours, she even wants us to eat the same food for two days in a row without putting it on the fridge.

My mom has always left food on the counter for several days, left meat to unfreeze outside or in the counter. Recently I've learned a lot about food poisoning and how it happens, and I tried explaining it to her. I asked her to put the food in tupperwares and putting it in the fridge if she wants to eat it during a few days, but to no avail. If I don't eat it she gets angry and says I'm talking nonsense. I've showed her every single piece of evidence on food poisoning but of course she comes with the survivor bias of "I've never had nothing happen to me". She has a lot of stomach problems and has to go to the bathroom every hour so I'm not sure about that.

I myself have a very mild Chron' disease so I don't think eating that food would be good to me.

Every time I mention this she gets very angry.
