finch while sick

i wish there was a way to put your finch in “sick mode” or at least one of the “name your moods” be sick under the unpleasant option.

i’ve been sick often the past few years and it takes so much energy to check in with my finch. i have asthma, so every time i even get a cold or a flu it’s extremely tiring and overwhelming. i can only pick one of the unpleasant moods like “tired” which yes… but WHY im tired would be more helpful.

i guess my idea would be putting your finch in an optional sick mode, where they look under the weather, maybe have an old school ice bag on their head…or… when you go to turn off sick mode, you unlock an exclusive health related item like a lab coat, thermometer, face mask etc?

the goal suggestions could be like “take your temperature”, they already have drink water suggestions…. maybe reminders to take medication? reminders to take deep breaths? blow your nose? just a few i can think of…

obviously i understand people who are always sick may want an escape from that, so it could be nice to enter sick mode and maybe toggle the sick appearance on/off?

what do you think??

HELP

my poor pothos is really sad. i was trying to treat fungus gnats and watered with a mixture of 70% alcohol, water, and a touch of dish soap. two days later it looks like this.

does the brown stem mean it’s dead? it’s not squishy to the touch. i don’t doubt it’s overwatered. how can i save it? i checked the base of the stem(?) and there was a big black spot right at the end where it spreads into roots….

it typically sits next to my north-facing window with the blinds shut. i only water when it’s completely dry, but this last time i watered until water came out of the drainage hole. maybe that’s the problem??

if it’s too far gone please let me know how to save the parts that are still alive!
