For a bit of backstory, I moved into my current apt in April to escape a bad situation. The apt needed some work done but the property manager assured me the work would be done even if I moved in on the spot (first mistake I know). To no one's surprise none of the things they told me they'd work on were worked on and on top of that my AC has been broken since I moved in.

It blows cold but barely enough to maintain temp, and as I'm writing this (at 1am) the thermostat is reading 81° when it's set at 76. It has to run all day and night because if it doesn't the temp will rise to as high as 96 during the day and won't get cool again for days; because of that my monthly electric bill has been upwards of $300. I've pestered them for months to do something about it and I was starting to lose my patience when I found out the whole building is infested with thief ants because there's a 4ft wide hole in the attic and the landlord plans to do nothing about it.

Whats the likelihood I'll be able to terminate my lease and get my deposit back😵‍💫 im desperate here folks

I've just been destroyed by the end of The Silt Verses and I need something to fill that void in my soul.

My faves so far have been Wolf 359, Red Valley, TSV, Midnight Burger, Magnus Archives, Within the Wires, Night Vale, White Vault, Dracula: The Danse Macabre

Some shows I tried and dropped or finished and didn't really like are Unwell, Malevolent, Tanis, Amelia Project

Got into collaging recently and I've been looking for more materials to become inspired by. I've found a few LFL's in midcity where I stay now (primarily the two near 12 mile) but im curious to see if there's a resource like goodtrash that logs where these bad boys are located.

If not I would appreciate any leads yall have on solid lfl's you've checked out while walking about.
