Die Frage stellt sich im Grunde an alle IT-ler aber besonders an die, die das schon lange machen. Nehmen wir an Ihr startet wieder von 0 aber eben mit dem heutigen Wissen. Was würdet Ihr anders machen? Würdet Ihr zum Beispiel studieren gehen anstelle ne Ausbildung zu machen? Oder eher eine Ausbildung anstelle des Studiums? Eher in die Richtung Anwendung gehen? Was würdet Ihr euch zuerst beibringen?

Ich zum Beispiel hätte mir Linux aufgezwungen, nicht nur nebenbei sondern tief in das Thema rein. Dann wäre ich in Netzwerksicherheit rein...

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Notebook. 258V oder 288V sollen es werden, wegen der Akkulaufzeit. Medion bietet von den Speca her ein besseres Macbook, während.Dell 300 nits IPS Panel in d3m Preisnereich verbaut.

Ich finde aber so gut wie keine Berichte zu den Medion Sprchrgd... Spricht eigentlich nichts dagegen, wenn full aluminium unibody und OLED 120Hz oder übersehe ich etwas?

I use macOS on my laptop bc there’s no alternative for me (battery life, quiet operation, stability). I’d love to hear your thoughts on which features GNOME should introduce or adopt or is there nothing missing?

Ich würde meine DSL-Leitung niemals hergeben, läuft einfach perfekt, anders als Kabel-Internet (Vodafone) nur habe ich einen Unlimited Vertrag bei der Telekom und beim Speedtest habe ich Werte von 1300 Mbit/s im Download sowie 300 Mbit/s im Upload. Download von rund 150 MB/s und nun spiele ich kit dem Gedanken die Simkarte zusätzlich zu nutzen. 5G Router gibt es ja bereits für 100€...

Bei o2 fliegt Ihr schnell, bei der Telekom soweit das Internet nicht lügt nie. Selbst mit mehreren TB pro Monat.

Habt ihr Erfahrungen damit gesammelt oder kennt Ihr jemanden im Freundeskreis?

I’ve been looking into monitors lately and am searching for two 27 inch models for my desktop setup. Until recently I was convinced that my MacBook Pro had an OLED display but that’s not actually true.

As far as I understand it’s an LCD panel (IPS) with local dimming (Mini LED)?

Now I’m looking for exactly that kind of monitor. I’m aware that it won’t have the same PPI but I’m really only concerned with features like color and brightness. That’s more than good enough for me. No larger than 27 inches and with a resolution of at least 1440p (I also use it for gaming from time to time). I work with text a lot. I had budgeted 1000 to 1200 euros for two OLEDs, so that would be the price limit.
