Beosound Century / Beosound 2000

Beosound Century / Beosound 2000

parents passed down this player and i'm really excited about it (i collect cds and my gf collects tapes)

it didn't come with the power cable and doesn't seem to have a stand of any kind at the bottom. they also lost the remote. any advice on where to start with getting this up and running? no prior experience with b&o but excited to get started

a few Qs:

  1. what is the specific name of the power cable? for it to be plugged into the player and a wall outlet

  2. where to look for a replacement remote? would it be functional without a remote?

  3. the fabric has a few stains and a couple minor holes, would these be replaceable? (not urgent)

  4. is it wall mountable? any advice on this?

appreciate it :-)

just wanted to warn fellow sour candy lovers that the brand 'huer' has a plant based 40g sour candy bag (same/similar to this: https://vegansupply.ca/cdn/shop/files/Huer-Sour-Plus-Gummies-60g.png?v=1724798099) that advertises as sour and is not even remotely sour. not even a good taste or texture aside from the false advertising. not vegan but i don't eat or like gelatin - would appreciate any non-gelatin recommendations for truly sour candy! i'm always experimenting but haven't found one that i like enough to go back to yet.
