Hi friends. I bought a secondhand pair of Keen water shoes, and the sole has almost completely detatched from the rest of the shoes. Was thinking I'd crazy glue them back together. Has anyone tried this? Any luck? What kind of glue did you use?

Hi friends! I'm an experienced top for many things but not rope - I basically know nothing :)
I'm not interested in becoming a shibari expert right now, just want to tie my sub to a tree so they feel a full body restriction when we're camping next week (don't worry - will be in a super isolated place so won't scandalize unwitting and unconsenting strangers).
What kind of rope should I use to wrap around them and secure them to the tree? Any advice on ties - I don't want to do anything special (like making a harness over their chest with rope - I just want a functional tie that will secure them), and will of course bring scissors for an emergency to release them quickly. Was just thinking a few rounds around the chest, hips, and legs should do. They'd be in the tie for about 20 - 30 minutes, not that long. Open to any and all advice and thoughts!

Here's what it looks like now, and also a view of the other side of the room just because the curtains, curtain rods, bedside table, and throw pillows, and the blue artwork were all DIY and I'm very proud of them :) Positive feedback welcomed but no advice on changing please as this has taken me a loooong time and I'm just enjoying the fruits of my labor rn.
