’Twas the night before The Drive, and all through the place, Gear bags were scattered in every spare space.

The markers were packed in their cases with care,

With hoppers and tanks and extra pods there.

The players lay sleeping, excitement in sight,

Dreaming of battle and first paintball fight.

With coolers all packed and the gas tanks topped tight,

For the long road to Oregon come morning light.

When alarms start ringing at crack of the dawn,

The convoy rolls out and the journey is on.

Through highways and backroads, the miles rolling by,

With stories and laughter and sleep in our eyes.

But one sacred stop on this road we all know,

Where burgers and fries call before battle’s show.

At In-N-Out Burger we gather, our hunger to crush,

Animal fries in hand, in that glorious rush.

The engines keep humming, the road stretching long,

The hype getting louder with each painted song.

For tomorrow starts camping, the staging, the game,

And soon all the fields will be chaos and flame.

So sleep while you can, for the road starts at dawn,

To St. Paul, Oregon, where legends are born.

And heard through the darkness, one voice gave the call

“Pack pods, charge cams… SuperGame for all!”
