Anyone else think the dog we see as an adult, which seems to be some kind of mongrel-terrier looks completely different from the puppy we see Odysseus picking, which seems like a spaniel or basset hound?

They honestly looked like two completely unrelated dog breeds to me. The pup had long floppy ears and seemed to have spots, while the adult had sharp triangular ears that stood up and a much lighter solid coat.

I initially thought this was a cool detail since Eumaeus is blind but then they show the same pup in Odysseus’ own flashback towards the end.
