We all look better than we think.

Currently, I'm sitting in a cafe. I left home a few hours ago, so my face has probably gotten a bit oily, and my hair is all messy. I have pretty long hair (probably not the kind you're imagining 😅). Overall, I don't think I'm looking as good as I usually do.

I just wanted some coffee, so I came here. Just few minutes ago, I made eye contact with two girls, not intentionally, just naturally. It made me realize that maybe I'm not looking as bad as I thought after all. 🫣

A few minutes later, I noticed a girl who had only one arm. Maybe she lost it in an accident, or maybe she was born that way. But honestly, she looked really Cute. It didn't even cross my mind that she had only one arm until I consciously noticed it.

It made me think that we often overthink our appearance. We worry that we don't look good enough or that we're not "perfect." But most of the things we're insecure about either go unnoticed or simply don't matter to other people as much as we think they do.

So, to all the Cute people out there, you're Perfect just the way you are!!

Keep building yourself. Keep working on yourself. But never think that you're not good enough. You're already Great. Just keep trying to become the Greatest version of yourself.

PS : I wrote this at a Cafe, Posting this after reaching home. Kyunki Indore mein yeh 12 baje band karwane ki chul rehti hai na Police walon mein 🤦‍♂️

Hope I could gather some confidence to compliment that Yellow T-shirt Girl 🥲🥹

TLDR given below :

So, I was going through AB Road (Indore) yesterday and stopped at Geeta Bhawan Square signal. There was a girl standing there wearing a yellowish kind of T-shirt, with a beautiful watch and cool shoes. Tbh, she looked Cute. But her face was covered with a scarf.

And there was this little connection for a few seconds. Like, she looked at me, but I didn't look back immediately because it might seem creepy. I just looked at her watch for maybe 2-3 seconds. But somehow, through her expression, I felt like maybe she was expecting me to say something.

I thought of complimenting her watch… kept thinking and thinking… and then the signal turned green and we moved.

At the next square, she was behind me. She crossed and stopped behind a car, and maybe (just maybe) she was giving me some space to stand there next to her. I'm assuming this because there was a lot of space on both sides where she could have easily stood.

But me being the fattu I am… or maybe because I didn't want her to feel unsafe or uncomfortable… I crossed and stopped on the left side. Because it's kinda weird na, to intentionally stop near a girl for two consecutive signals.

Then my tubelight brain finally processed the whole scenario, but by then the signal turned green again. We moved, and because of the traffic, I couldn't see her anywhere.

And Palasia toh pata hi hai, at the Greater Kailash road it's a 3 way road. The signal was green, so I just continued riding and couldn't find her after that.

The funny part is, I got two straight red signals for a decent amount of time. Otherwise, I have pretty good luck with getting green signals 😂 But this time, I got a "green signal" from a girl and ignored it… and now I'm regretting it. 😭

Idk why I'm posting this here, but ma'aaam, if there's even a 1% chance you're reading this, You've got a Great Sense of Style.

Not expecting this to reach her lol, but yeah… just wanted to put this somewhere.

TLDR : Met a stylish stranger at a traffic signal, shared a eye contact, and wanted to compliment her watch. But I didn't want to make her uncomfortable, so I spent two signals overthinking it. By the time my brain finally made a decision, she had vanished into traffic. 😭✌️

PS : To all the Cute people out here, I'm just done with being misunderstood, so I'm clearing this up beforehand. Maybe I'm just overthinking, and she was simply minding her own business. Maybe she looked at me for any random reason. But I think it's better to at least compliment her from my side. That's all I'm talking about. I hope you understand. Thanks.

Most unused apps so far...

These are probably the two most unused apps on my phone.

Deleted my Bumble profile long time ago. Now whenever I accidentally open the app, it asks me to create a profile and I immediately close it again. 😂 Ummid hi nahi hai pencho* 🥲

#Shitpost, Idk, what sense I'm making with this post, but is anyone else here the same?

That's why I love Reading and Music...

That's why I love Reading and Music.

A song can make you feel a moment.

A book can make you live one.

When I read something beautiful, I'm no longer just looking at words on a page. My mind starts building the scene, the cafe, the rain, the characters, their personalities and emotions, the little details. The author gives me the words, and my imagination gives them life.

Isn't it beautiful? How a few words on a page can make us live a moment, feel emotions, and create entire worlds in our minds.

One of my favourite fiction books till date is Something I Never Told You by Shravya Bhinder. I still remember the emotions and depth in Ronnie's description of Adira. It was truly amazing, almost magical. Highly recommended!!

I'm also looking for some suggestions, so feel free to share your favourite reads... 📖✨

A long time ago, a friend from Reddit suggested this book to me, and then suddenly she disappeared as if she never existed. That's the thing, books never go anywhere.

The same goes for music as well... Some lyrics just hit differently when we've actually lived those emotions.

PS: The book in the image is You Only Live Once by Stuti Changle. It's a nice book if you're looking to read something heartwarming!! I added the image because of the third paragraph, read it. 📖✨

And for the Indori gang here, you can try reading it at Chai Kappi Cafe, Scheme 140. But not tomorrow, maybe I'll finish this one by then, hehehe :)

Indori janta, what's your plan for IPL final today?

So, Indori janta, where are you watching the IPL final today?

At home? At a cafe? Screening event? Or with friends?

I saw a post here about a live music jamming session followed by an IPL final screening, sounds like a great plan. But unable to connect them.

What are you guys doing for the final? Any good screening spots around the city?

Reddit blind date got cancelled last minute, so I took myself on a Solo Date 😭✨

So met a girl here on Indore Subreddit a few days ago and we shifted to Telegram. We planned to meet yesterday at a Cafe, kind of like a Blind Date. But the plan got cancelled at the last moment. 🥲

So I just bought the rose for myself instead. (Idk why 😭 I'm a GUY, but subah dekha tha cute laga toh le liya. (I saw it in the morning, it looked cute, so I bought it.)) Then I went for coffee alone. #SoloDate.

But honestly, maybe she had her own reasons too, I'm not blaming her.

The thing is, I was genuinely excited the whole day. 😭 Went for shaving in the morning before anything else, asked the flower shop bhaiya which flower is best for a first date, finalised chocolates too, and even arranged a vehicle for a long ride after the Cafe (because both my vehicles are somehow on repair right now).

And then... all that excitement just disappeared in one second when the date got cancelled. 🥲

So yeah, if you're meeting someone unknown from Reddit or any app, maybe keep your expectations a little limited, buddy. Otherwise, it really ruins your mood. Fir bhi, solo date pe chale jaana and chill ✌️☕ (Still, go on a solo date and chill.)

Btw, I'm attaching some chat screenshots too, warna log bolenge “made up story hai.” 🤦‍♂️ The places I hide is for her privacy. And heyy, if you somehow see this post, I’m sorry for posting it here without your permission. I felt asking would just make things more awkward. Sorry :(

So yeah, if you’re meeting someone unknown from Reddit or any app, maybe keep your expectations a little limited, buddy. Otherwise mood bahut kharab ho jata hai. 😭 Fir bhi, solo date pe chale jaana and chill. ✌️☕

And yes, we both are from Indore and this post is related to Indore, dear mods. 🙏

Edit : Arre bhaiyon chill yaar ✌️ mere se jyada Upset tum log lag rahe ho. Ik the self respect wala point.

But you guys don't know the full story. She was, maybe still is, nice and understanding. We had a long talk before, tabhi milne ke liye decide hua tha. End moment par maybe uska kuch or plan ban gaya hoga, that's okay na, mein bas apni side se try kar raha tha, nothing else. Chill karo yaar 🥲

Idk why, kuch bhi post karu Indore subreddit par, later delete hi karna padta hai. 🤦‍♂️

Stories like these give me hope sometimes 🥹🥹

These are just random YouTube comments from different videos that I came across and took screenshots of.

Sometimes other people’s positive stories make our day a little better too, isn’t it? :)

Seeing people wait for each other, grow together, support each other through tough phases, and still make it work… feels really comforting somehow, and gives us hope too. ✨

PS : I think I'm sharing it on the wrong Sub, but baki Sub wale Pencho* restrictions hi itne laga rakhe hai ki kya batayein.

I’ve always heard this advice, if you really want to find someone, just "Put Yourself Out There". Like going to new places, cafes, meetups, meeting new people… basically doing everything except magically finding someone at home 😄

I’ve tried all of that… but nothing really works out. Because even after doing all this, you still have to approach someone properly, right? At the end, baat toh karni hi padti hai… and I feel that’s where most of us get stuck.

So I just wanted to hear some real stories, especially Indori ones.

How did you guys actually meet your partner? Was it random? Through friends? Pure luck?

Ya phir tum log sach mein confident ho aur hum hi piche reh gaye? 😭

Genuinely curious… and maybe hum gareebo ko bhi kuch tips mil jaaye :)

Rahi baat “Put yourself out there” ki, I’m 25M from Indore, working on a couple of ideas… baaki I’m around :)

Edit : Talking about Social Circle, I’m an Entrepreneur currently working on two Startup ideas, and most of my work is either contract based, freelancing, etc., or through different business channels. That’s why I don’t really have a specific Social Circle. I do meet interesting people, but those are mostly transactional meetings, so it’s hard for me to build a proper Social Circle.

And does anyone here have any specific event suggestions - like stand-ups, poetry events, clubs, random meetups, book reading clubs, anything? Even just to meet new people and make friends. That would be really helpful, please do share!!

So a few days back, I was getting a lot of eye contacts. Nothing special, but yeah it was happening.

But from the last few days, things haven’t been going that great, and I’ve been kinda off for no reason.

Today I had some important work, so I travelled a bit more than usual like Vijay Nagar, Novelty, Scheme 140 and all.

And suddenly today again, I noticed girls checking me out here and there. And I won’t lie, it made me feel a little better. Mood thoda sa positive ho gaya, and that kind of energy builds your Aura and overall Personality I guess.

So yeah, maybe this Aura thing is actually real broo…. just try to stay a little happy, positive and kind, it shows.

Bas aise hi random thoughts share kar diye, good night :)

PS : Got some help from ChatGPT to make this sound better 😄
