Grandfathers great loss
Grampy Dannie worked hard and didn’t have a lot of money . Had 3 sons and lost 2 in 1925. Hand made his family head stones up in northern Maine.

Fell on ice
40 years ago I slipped on ice and landed on my back and elbow, went to sick call two months later because elbow was still sore. I got a zero rating for bursitis. Didn’t mention I landed on my back,
20 years later my back developed a bulging disc and subsequently I required surgery.
Now 40 years later I would like to submit claim for my back accident. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
