Stable carotid artery dissection

Hi, I’ve had a staple carotid artery dissection for 3 1/2 years. I take baby aspirin. I don’t have high blood pressure and I don’t have high cholesterol yesterday, I got one of those massages at the mall. I asked them not to touch my neck and they generally did not but they touched my head a lot and my shoulders. I woke up like this today, but I feel absolutely fine and I have no loss of vision. I need to leave to a vacation within the hour with my family and it’s a 10 Hour Dr. do I need to go to the hospital?

Issues with customer service and doctor

I have had so many issues where my doctor has prescribed me a certain unit dosage that is different than what’s on the chart and when I ask her questions like I will have three specific questions, and she will not answer any of them she’ll just ask me about side effects. It feels like I’m speaking to AI. It also feels like she never reads the past log or seems to know anything about me and like I’m a new person every time I ask her a question. I am likely going to cancel because I don’t want to receive any shipment in July. So when should I cancel? Has anyone found another service? I mean all I really want is the semi gluten shots because it helps me with my endometriosis and with a little bit of weight loss… I mean hardly any Weight Loss I’m on week five and I’ve lost about 4 pounds.
