The question is in the title. With the tools available to make recomps of Nintendo GameCube games, and given Shadow never got a PC release, is anyone working on this at all?

So apparently this appeared on the Nintendo Today app. At first I thought they were reviving Pictochat but no, this kind of feels like Warioware.
I think this was back from the Unreal Engine S&box days. But looking at the game now, I'm not even sure that people can do this sort of thing especially the importing from other engines since the final product was Source 2. Correct me if I'm wrong
