Seatpost for a Velotric Gomad

Hi!, I just bought a gomad two weeks ago (still waiting for it to get to my LBS), and I wanted to get a suspension seat post. This is the Gomad specs

Stem

Quill Stem, 31.8mm Clamp, 30mm Length, 140mm Vertical Adjustment Range

And this is the seat post I'm looking at:

What makes me weary is that the Suntour one says 31.6 mm, while the original seat post is 31.8mm, should still work right? I've never changed a seat post in my life 😄**.**

Hi! I just got my rebate for a standard bike. Two questions, what places do you recommend for getting decently priced bikes in Bentonville? Does anyone know if it’s possible to change my rebate from standard to cargo bike? I went through a lot of research and I feel a cargo bike would be better (rebate quantity also changes)
