So this is the second extended range test. Here are the stats:

What do you think? I would say that given the small capacity of the battery and the weight of the bike + rider, it’s not bad. Keep in mind that in mode 1 after 21-22 km/h the motor doesn’t assist at all so it’s not consuming energy and I was riding above that speed almost all the time.

I had to leave my G line in a closed garage for bikes but it was outside my sight that’s why I used three locks. Even with that, I was anxious all the time that it was there alone unmonitored.
I’m thinking of a titanium seatpost, maybe other kind of roller wheels, titanium rack…? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
80 kg rider and like 800 gr inside the bag. Warm weather, like 25° C.
First ride: 68 km, average speed 20,3 km/h, 278 m total elevation gain (mild hills overall). Mode 1 almost 80 % of the time and the rest mode 2. It was a mix of city and countryside so most of the ride was starting and stopping constantly.
Second ride: 14 km, average speed 19,4 km/h, 206 m total elevation gain (this time with quite steep hills). Mode 2 almost 80 % of the time and the rest a mix of 1 and 3. Town ride, almost no stops but this time I was riding like if there was no tomorrow.
Battery remaining: 15 % after 82 km. I would say I could ride about 100 km at mode 1 with moderate hills.
I would say I’m pretty pleased with the range, clearly if you ride at mode 3 all the time with a lot of hills you can see the percentage going down like crazy, but at the same time if you really need the range, it’s there if you don’t push it hard.
There is virtually no info about what kind of crankset the T line electric uses and the pictures that I see aren’t very revealing. Anyone have info about them?
