Got a “you sent a large number of spam comments” alert but I literally rarely if ever comment

I just got it today after posting no comments for many hours, and the last commented I posted was on my own post (I think I posted a totally of 1-2 comment in the last day, including the one on my own post). I appealed but it was instantly rejected. Anything else I can do?? 😭😭

Ok, so I keep reading two different, opposing things:

  1. put a bunch of relevant keywords in the keywords section, not phrases, separate them by commas, apple will slice and dice them to make phrases, you want words that can be a lot of possible combos, etc. So for a health food cooking app, for example, you might use: 'diet, food, recipes, health, cooking, eating, weight, meals,' and then hope that apple figures out that "diet food" and "healthy recipes" and "healthy diet food" are all possible combos

  2. optimize your rankings using long tail phrases that have lower search volume but are easy to rank on. this might look like 'healthy recipes, diet food app, healthy meal planning', etc. This uses phrases that generally arent combinable. This might also cause redundancy in keywords ('healthy recipes' and 'healthy meal planning' both use the word healthy)

These approaches seem totally opposite and I'm lost on which to actually use.
