What does everyone use to track clients?

Hey guys, I’m a boxing PT and I’m wondering what software people use to track and manage clients? I would also appreciate it if everyone can let me know what the pros/cons of the software they use actually are.

Stopped a fight between some teenagers tonight and it really stuck with me

I was coming back from boxing in Oakville tonight at Oakville boxing and I saw a group of teenagers screaming at each other outside a plaza. I thought they were just being loud kids but before I could even process it, two of them started throwing punches while everyone else just stood around recording.
I dropped my boxing gear and stepped in to separate them. They were just kids, angry over something that probably won’t matter in a week, but in that moment they were ready to seriously hurt each other. They didn’t even take the time to think about the consequences of their actions it was just impulsive violence.
I talked to them for a few minutes and one of them admitted he’d never actually been taught how to control his anger, only how to react to it.
TBH it stuck with me. Boxing gets a bad reputation sometimes, but the gym’s I’ve been to over the years have taught me discipline, respect, and self-control more than fighting. I genuinely think we need to get more kids into sports like boxing so they have somewhere to channel that energy instead of fighting in parking lots for Snapchat videos.
Seeing that tonight made me realize how many young people just need guidance. We have to do more for our youth!

I did something very fulfilling today.

21M. I’m an international student living in Missauga. I graduated recently and the job search has honestly been weighing on me pretty hard lately. Today I went for a run around Sheridan College just to clear my head a little.

On my way back home, I saw an elderly woman outside trying to clear leaves from her yard by herself. I asked if she wanted help and she smiled and said yes. While we were talking, she mentioned she was in her 90s and was planning to do the whole thing alone.

Her yard was huge. Corner lot, leaves everywhere, cold wind blowing them right back around. What I thought would take 10 minutes ended up taking close to an hour.

She sat on her porch while I worked and we just talked about life. I don’t even know why, but something about it felt peaceful. Like for the first time in a while, my mind stopped racing about applications, money, and what I’m doing with my future.

When I finished, she tried to hand me cash. I told her I couldn’t take it. Then she stood up slowly, gave me a hug, and thanked me like I had done something huge.

The whole walk home, I kept thinking about my grandmother. I think if she had seen me today, she would’ve been proud of the man I’m becoming.

I know this probably sounds small, but I genuinely haven’t smiled this much in months. It reminded me that even when life feels heavy, you can still make someone else’s day a little lighter.
And weirdly enough, helping her helped me too.

P.S. I studied social services and working with older adults in school, so maybe this moment meant even more to me because of that.
