I am a New Yorker in his 30s, family of four, always interested in buying a second property. I notice many of the lots in the Poconos come up at $10,000 or less.
Question: wouldn't it be a good investment to buy the lot and put one of those modular homes on it? Save on construction costs.
I have some interest in launching a private equity fund that invests in sports cards. Low overhead, yes involves some speculation, but the market is booming and there seems to be a need.
Am I thinking crazy or does this concept work in practice? You can exit from cards over a 3-7 year span.

Which PE firms in the NYC area are the best to work for when it comes to flexibility. I'm currently on a hybrid schedule and it would be hard to leave PA if there isn't that type of flexibility.

I'm also interested to see which characters they match her up with. EJ and Sami are her parents so she can't be matched with too many characters currently on the canvas. Maybe it's a new character altogether. Maybe it's a Sorased Cooper Choi. Either case, this character is poised to have a lot of attitude and stir up trouble in Salem.
