Recommend some modern dubstep for an old school head
I got back into dubstep after a long break last year. I didn’t even listen to it much for more than ten years and definitely didn’t dj. We had a get2gether with old friends from a local scene and a lot of us, now middle-aged, started playing again. We had an event in a small ug venue and our goal was just play the old stuff no one hadn’t played for a while but even some people under 30 were into proper old school sound played from real vinyls.
I still have most of my vinyls and I’ve bought more but mostly old stuff. I still love stuff from producers like Mala, Coki, (early) Skream, Loefah, Cyrus, Kryptic Minds, Kromestar, RSD, Distance and so on. Basically proper dubstep without tear out/brostep shit.
Which newer (2013–>) would you recommend for an old school head?
