1 week into quitting Janitor AI. Not doing as well as I hoped

Not rly 1 week? As I relapsed and made another account after deleting my main account. However, after generating like- 5 responses, I remembered its absolute asscheeks and deleted the account again.

Problem is, I use Janitor for roleplaying-ish things, like creating a fic that I love as it does not exist on actual fanfic websites. And now that I cold turkey ai, I haven't been able to fulfill the fanfic part, and its eating me up inside. I keep getting the urge to reuse Janitor just to get that itch, but I always try my best not to.

It's just so frustrating, always wanting to write the specific fic but... UGHHHH I DON'T KNOW HOW TO. I'm trying though, writing my own fics and posting some. But it just... doesn't scratch that itch inside my head.

AI withdrawal on first day of quitting

Yeah so as the title implies... I'm already feeling the withdrawal after quitting just for one day. I've been using AI since 2024? Jumping from C.AI and Janitor AI, wtv was generating responses I wanted faster and better quality.

I realised just how bad my addiction was when I could not even focus on the hobbies I wanted to try picking up, nor studying for my upcoming test (Literally 2 days before the test and I was still hunched over generating responses from morning to night.). The addiction was bad, like really bad. I have spent 13 hours on chats in a day on multiple occasions.

I went cold turkey and deleted the app + my accounts (just in case I relapse), and have been feeling restless, itching to redownload the apps to feel something. Problem is, AI has in a sense, helped me get the 'fics' I've always wanted. Most fandoms I'm in are niche, so finding the fics I want to read in a very specific trope, correct character x character/ reader, is practically digging for gold for me.

I started to finally write the fics myself without any ai, but I'm hesitating to post it because I always like the same 3 cringe ahh tropes. I also got the itch to want to get back to learning said hobbies, but Idk what's holding me back....?

I'm just so... frustrated. I rly wanna write more fics to indulge myself but I can never potray the characters I love like the ai sometimes does, and that's what always been my problem when writing fics.

Anyways, this was more of a rant, and I was curious if there was anyone else like me? Any advice to stay away from the apps and focusing on learning a new hobby and staying motivated to improve.

Should I let my piercing heal while working?

I don't know how to explain it properly, but I want to get a brow or a septum piercing (Whichever I feel like first, not at the same time). Problem is, my work makes me sweat. A lot. So I want to ask if it's better I stay at home during the first week after piercing, or I can just get back to work after piercing it the day before.
