I'm trying to find the location that this video was recorded from France around 2012. I think the tower is the TDF Tower in Paris, but I cant make the buildings in the foreground match up.

I have a 2017 Insignia, and yesterday my Onstar system started going crazy. It was continuously interrupting my radio with ""Onstar, Onstar, Onstar" - I found this thread with a similar problem.

I've managed to fix it temporarily by removing Fuse 38, which disables Onstar but also disables the Bluetooth microphone and I keep getting a "Theft Alert" on my dash.
Has anyone else had this problem before? What could be the cause and what could I do to fix it?
