[TOMT] [SONG] Song that sounds like "Sodium Chloride" by Panchiko
Hi everyone. This song just came on my mix and I swear I have heard something that sounds extremely like this before, with the spacey laser noises and everything (that's the main thing I am looking for). Lots of people comment on how Panchiko and especially this song sound a lot like Radiohead but I am fairly sure it's not a Radiohead song.
I feel like I remember it being the last song on an album as well, but I'm not certain on that.

High RWT on echo?
Wow that fucked up the formatting, repost
Hi everyone. 27m had an echo repeated chest pain radiating into back, shoulders and jaw that I was pretty sure was GERD but wanted to make sure. Most everything seems normal but a bit confused about the LV RWT. Every source I've found online has said that .53 is like wildly elevated but this interpretation barely mentions it - obviously gonna wait to hear from my cardiologist but in the meantime I figured I'd ask. I don't have high blood pressure but I am pretty overweight (borderline 30bmi currently).
Indications: Palpitations
Study Information: Imaging views: parasternal, apical, subcostal, and
suprasternal notch. Image quality for this study is adequate.
Complete echocardiogram, including 2D, spectral Doppler and
color flow study and 3D Imaging Study.
Patient Status: An Outpatient procedure was performed.
Modalities: A GE Vivid E95 ultrasound system was used for this procedure.
SUMMARY:
Normal global left ventricular systolic function.
Left ventricular ejection fraction, by visual estimation, is 60%.
LV size is normal and LV wall thickness is mildly increased.
Normal pattern of left ventricular diastolic filling.
Right ventricular size is normal. Right ventricular global systolic function is normal.
There is trivial aortic insufficiency. No significant valve disease.
Right atrial pressure is normal.
In comparison to the previous echocardiogram(s):
Prior images from examinations are available and were reviewed for comparison purposes. Compared to prior study there was no significant change. The prior study used for comparison was dated 5/8/2023.
CARDIAC STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION
Left Ventricle:
LV size is normal and LV wall thickness is mildly increased. Global systolic function is normal. Ejection fraction, by visual estimation, is 60%. The parameters of diastolic function are normal.
LV Regional Function:
No evidence of any regional wall motion abnormalities.
Right Ventricle:
Right ventricular size is normal. Right ventricular global systolic function is normal.
Interventricular Septum:
Contour is normal. Septal motion is normal.
Left Atrium:
Left atrium size is normal.
Right Atrium:
Right atrium size is normal. Right atrial pressure is normal.
Interatrial Septum:
The atrial septum is intact. There is no evidence of an atrial septal defect.
Mitral Valve:
The mitral valve is structurally normal. There is no mitral valve stenosis present. There is no evidence of significant mitral valve regurgitation.
Tricuspid Valve:
The tricuspid valve is structurally normal. Opening motion of the valve is normal. There is trivial tricuspid valve regurgitation.
Aortic Valve:
The aortic valve is probably trileaflet. There is no significant aortic valve stenosis present. There is trivial aortic valve regurgitation.
Pulmonic Valve:
The pulmonic valve is structurally normal. There is no pulmonic valve stenosis. There is no evidence of significant regurgitation.
Aorta:
The aortic root is normal in size. The ascending aorta is normal in size. The sinuses of Valsalva are normal in size.
Pulmonary Artery:
The pulmonary artery is normal in size and structure. Pulmonary artery systolic pressure is normal.
Inferior Vena Cava:
The vessel is normal sized. The vessel exhibits greater than 50% respiratory changeexhibits greater than 50% respiratory change. Right atrial pressure is normal.
Pericardium:
Normal in appearance with no evidence of an effusion.
