I went to a concert a couple weeks ago and heard people’s cars got messed with. I just noticed this 2 days ago, is the tire compromised? And does it not look like someone tried to slash?

Just went to pick food up 2 miles away from my house and when I get back in the check engine light was on. Can’t get it serviced until June 3rd. Should still be ok to drive?
Seen a post 2 days ago about someone setting theirs up so I thought why not, and on my way home from my doctors appointment I caught this accident. It was a pretty bad accident but I didn’t know if I got it on camera or not so I didn’t stop. But later sent the video to the local scanner Facebook and they posted it. Dude on my right didn’t want to wait in line and road the lane closure all the way till the end to cut. Sucks it was a family he hit.
