Oil filters

I've had dozens of cars and SUVs and always change their oil every 10k miles even as the new oils claim 15k or even 20k life now. I used to do the filters every time too but a couple years ago I started pumping the oil out rather than draining from the drain plug to avoid getting under the car, removing the panels and saving a lot of time. As a result I've done the filter every other time. How bad is this? In all my years I've never had any engines fail due to anything oil related and usually run the cars into the ground. I have an infinite suv and pathfinder and pretty normal driving in mild weather. Am I OK skipping the filter every other oil change? TIA

QX80 Blinker mod

Did some creative wiring to get the upper lights to blink! Hopefully this doesn't bring out the infinity electrical gremlins.
