I’m officially done with this place.
I gave them a second chance after this happened months ago. First time was at Marley G’s; yesterday, it was Scolari’s. This was fresh out of the oven, not sitting in a box steaming. I hadn't even taken a bite yet, and the tip was so thin and disintegrated that it broke off, and then the middle started tearing.
Unfortunate, inexcusable, and a total pizza crime.

With the lunar tide this weekend looking for some low flats in the Oakland/SF area to go out with a clam gun to gram some ghost shrimp for bait.

Has anyone tried the cheesesteak?
I’ve been really disappointed with the slice quality my last three visits. There aren't many options, and even though I keep hoping it’ll get better, they're always really sloppy. I’ve had holes in the crust, and the cheese just slides completely off. Given that history, I’m pretty skeptical about trying the cheesesteak.
Has anyone brewed this one from flower child?

Has anyone purchased a refurbished espresso machine from one of the online Australian
retailers?
I'm aware the electrical components can easily be converted, but my main concern is the local health department flagging it for lacking a US NSF certification badge. I know enforcement varies widely depending on the municipality, but I'm wondering if anyone has gone this route and what your experience was.
The refurbished La Marzoccos available over there seem like an incredible value, and
because the US used market is so tight right now, I'm having a hard time finding an affordable one locally.
