So last day our b.Ed teacher suddenly started moral policing girls especially that wearing jeans is characterless , wearing salwar without dupatta shows how your parents raised you and the education quality they gave you, she kept pointing out different girls and their dress types, and said you all dont look like teachers, and no one will respect you all , ur parents have never taught you anything, and she kept saying something or the other, she even pointed out my friends clothes and shamed her relentlessly. I am so upset and this incident hasn't left my mind since. Its so sad that even in this day and age we have such people with such third class mindset.

My period was supposed to come around 28 or 29 july , and its 2 August and still no sign , I am having strong pms as well, and I am very worried, last delay i had was in july and december of 2025, otherwise touchwood i have very regular and normal periods.

So is this once in a while late period normal ? I already deal with health anxiety so maybe some reassurance can help.
