i feel rly bad for nia but this bothered me

the way that Danny talks to her is so terrible and he is clearly emotionally abusive. but Nia is clearly still wanting to protect him which i understand as he is the father of her children and they are very christian and seem to care about looks.

BUT.. it rly bothered me how she said in her confessional something along the lines of: this isn’t any of you business lala like why are you taking about our marriage

Like?? girl, danny made it other people’s business by speaking so rudely in a house full of their friends. that makes it your friends business if they witness something that they don’t like.

Two times Melissa gets caught in a lie early on

I’ve been watching the early seasons of NJ and i saw two times that i think that melissa is obviously caught in a lie and tries to get her way out of it. i want to preface this by saying that i don’t like teresa she’s absolutely insane and causes so many family issues, but that doesn’t mean i think that melissa is a saint.

- the first one i noticed is is the season 4 finale with stripper gate. Teresa def set her up with kim d, but i notice that when teresa first brings melissa into the bathroom and tells her what the bald guy says melissa first says something like “i don’t know how i know him” and “that’s not true ive never worked for him” but then a few minutes later she admits the opposite. she says “it wasn’t a strip club it was a bar, and i only worked for him for one week bc my cousin ran the place” she obviously was trying to get out of it then admit it.

- the second time is in the beginning of season 5, when teresa confronts her about melissa visiting tre’s dad in the hospital four days after her got admitted. tre asks her why she waited to visit and melissa goes no i visited him the day after. tre says that isn’t true and melissa asks then says “wait let me remember that day this all happened because i will remember” and it seems like she’s trying to stall. tre says it was saturday at 4 in the morning and melissa goes oh right right. then melissa basically ends up saying that she had a sore throat and so she couldn’t go until tuesday but it’s like girl first u say the day after then u say it was actually like a few days later. yes tre was dramatizing it but i just thought it was interesting.

Am i completely wrong on this one? let me know.

why weren’t caroline and dina talking starting in season 3 and on?

first time watcher here—started with season 1 and just got to season 5. I am wondering why Dina and Caroline weren’t talking which I think first got brought up at the season 3 reunion.

I know that right now in the present they don’t talk because of all the tommy manzo stuff, but i thought that happened later on, so i was wondering what started happening around season 3 that caused them to stop talking.

Let me know!!!

jesse ate when he said: “this is the kind of apology everyone hates you for” to janet

byee i don’t even like jesse that much but he at when he said that to janet in the new episode in san diego. bc her apology was BS and she knows it. it’s like a “i’m sorry you feel that way” apology.
