Hi, just started a new job as a junior PM owner side for a residential project. Can you guys give me advice on how to always be on top of your game as a PM? I was told that were supposed to challenge yung contractor sa lahat etc. Main job is to oversee implementation and watch over the contractor. Also want to learn more about costing in the future but for now I just wanna know the mindset of a pm.
