Up for grabs is my Gixxer SF 250, kept in literal showroom condition. It runs flawlessly and looks brand new, but a relocation means I unfortunately have to pass it on. Whoever grabs this is getting an insane deal on a perfectly maintained 250cc

Honestly, at this price and condition, this is an insane deal for a pristine quarter-liter machine.

Expatrio's broken system and pathetic support are delaying my visa.

If you are an international student thinking about using Expatrio, stay far away. They claim to be a modern "digital-first" platform, but their actual backend infrastructure is pathetic and completely broken.

Right now, Expatrio has a massive structural flaw: their user portal provides absolutely zero options to manually cancel or switch an unactivated health insurance policy. If you make the mistake of selecting Ottonova (Private) and realize you need to switch to TK (Public) before your semester starts, you are completely locked out. You cannot click a button, you cannot cancel it, you cannot do a single thing yourself.

Instead, this "tech company" forces you to rely on a support team that is completely non-existent. I requested this simple, routine policy switch over a week ago. The result? Absolute radio silence. No email replies, ignored WhatsApp messages, and unread DMs.

It is utterly pathetic that a company handling thousands of Euros of student money operates like an amateur garage startup. International students are dealing with strict embassy deadlines and razor-thin timelines. My upcoming visa appointment is now in jeopardy purely because an incredibly basic ticket is rotting away in their ignored support queue.

Expatrio: Your digital support loop is an absolute embarrassment. Stop hiding behind automated silence, escalate this backend ticket, cancel my unactivated Ottonova application, and switch my profile to TK public insurance today. I have already DM'd you my details. Do not reply with a generic macro telling me to send another email—fix the actual problem.

TL;DR: Expatrio’s "platform" is a joke with zero options to manually switch insurance from private to public on your own. Their support team has completely ghosted my emails and messages for over a week, and their total incompetence is now putting my visa appointment at risk. Fix it, Expatrio.

Edit: Issue has now been resolved by the support.
