I’ll still have a few months left of my paid membership before renewal when I’ll hit this perk. Will it not start until my current one is expiring? Or can I wait to activate it?

Ever since Alaska re-formatted their booking confirmation emails, the flights are no longer added to my calendar automatically with gmails auto event from email feature like they were in the past. Everything else like hotel stays and rental cars are automatically are added, but it seems like it’s whatever this new format is broke it for flights. Rather annoying to add 3-4 flights/week manually.
I was excited when they updated it as the old one was a bit limited but now I want the old one back so bad.
- Searches and settings don’t save so every time I have to re-select “one way”, “upgrade type”, and dates. Maybe this is just a me problem because I search for frequent last minute business trip flights but it’s really annoying to add so many taps
- Searching “LAX” returns LAX as the last option lol
- “Nearby airport” doesn’t show airports just down the street
- It looks prettier at least
Just going back to having search options save when you re-open the app would be all I ask to stop bitchin
