Great boots, bought them and just realized the toe caps don’t really mesh with my style. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
Hey everybody,
I got a parking ticket during the weekend of the 4th that was left on my windshield. Just got around to paying it a decided to search my license plate #, rather than input the ticket # - just to check if I may have had any additional tickets. Anyways I typed in my license plate and it said “License Plate could not be found or is already paid.”
I’m just curious if anyone has had this happen to them? Can I get away with not paying this ticket then? Or is it probably just a delay in the ticket being uploaded to their system. Just figured I would check since every little bit helps! Thank you!
Not sure my pictures do them justice. Really great shape with tons of life left in the wedge soles. Kept with shoe trees in them. Perfect for the wide foot guys who can’t order directly from Russell anymore. Happy to answer any questions
Excellent shape, great deal on an awesome pair of boots
Hey guys,
I’ve seen some similar posts but haven’t shared my experience. I recently ordered a pair of Oneida’s from RM and long story short I was very disappointed as they arrived with several noticeable defects (relatively minor, but for $450 I have certain expectations) and the product presentation was very poor. So I initiated a return on them with the hopes of using the store credit to make a dent in a pair of new boots.
My Oneidas were delivered to RM on 06/26 and I haven’t received any updates or information from them since. I don’t even know for sure if they received my boots. I just finished sending them my 3rd email in the past 10 days. I can understand little issues in a business, but essentially having zero customer service when you are selling boat shoes for $450 is a bit perplexing. I was even put in touch with a specific customer service employee (won’t say the name at this time) and I asked them for a simple update on Thursday 07/02, and just had to send an additional email to the general customer service email because I can’t get a reply from that woman either. It’s honestly a bit crazy.
Naturally if people drop significant sums of money on a product they are going to get a bit anxious if there are issues with product/lack of communication. Not investing in people to reassure customers and keep them updated is totally crazy. And then to not have a phone number on top of it is really infuriating.
Obviously I’m pretty much stuck in this whole process for this go-around, but it’s going to really make me consider potentially buying another pair of Russell’s down the road. It’s genuinely been one of the most stressful buying experiences I can think of.
Just wanted to drop my 2 cents. At the very least I hope someone from Russell sees this and checks the damn inbox of their customer service email address.
Size didn’t work out for me, somebody’s lucky day. Please be familiar with Viberg sizing!
Open to different styles, big fan of the look. Looking for a Viberg size uK8-UK9 (us9-us10)
Thank you!

I’ve had some really worked up boot buyers lately, capped off by this total dumbass throwing a fit because he isn’t aware that UPS contracts out USPS for their “last mile” delivery services.
Just wanted to add this picture so anyone else may be able to avoid this guy. And if you’re the loser that left me this message, please reach out and I’ll give you my details so we can meet up!
I’m looking at buying a used pair of JK boots and was told these are a size 12. My pairs of Nick’s has a neatly printed 12D and I can’t make this stamp out at all. Anybody able to make it out? It looks like a size 12 but I do see the E stamped at the end. But the digits on the middle are throwing me off. Not sure if these would be a 12E or what
Edit: doesn’t look like the sizing will work for me. If anyone has any interest in a pair of JK boots in excellent condition (size 12EEE it looks like), let me know and I can send you the link!
Never worn outside - please feel free to reach out with any offers
Still in really great shape, bought these a few months ago but they are too wide for me. Please feel free to message me with any questions
Mark on inner part of right boot, fairly small. The boots are otherwise in really excellent shape. Will ship for free within the US
Been on the fence about selling these but I don’t wear them nearly enough to justify the amount I spent on them. Some light markings on the shafts from pants, nothing you will see while wearing them. This model is no longer is production and is a true grail. Looking for $900 + shipping
Hey everybody! I recently bought a pair of used boots and wanted to try to stretch the length a bit for a better fit. The width is good, they are just about a half size (maybe full but I don’t think so) too short.
1.) I was curious if anyone had any suggested methods?
2.) Would you suggest taking them to a professional (and if so, about how much should I expect to spend) or doing it at home?
3.)Does/can stretching the boots cause any damage?
4.) Since the issue is them being too short? Will they naturally stretch over time if I just kind of tough it out and squeeze my feet in there? Or is that a bad idea
Thank y’all so much! Take care
I came across this guys listings a bit ago and quickly realized he was selling blatantly fake PNW boots. Didn’t think much of it because of how bad they looked. Happened to see them again and now he’s got like 7 listings, some of the listings have 20+ likes and he’s even made a few sales!
So anyways - if you see this seller on eBay you should avoid them at all costs. There are several incredibly obvious giveaways, but the most blatant one is the full 360 stitching on the soles 😂 They look ridiculous. I’ve reported the guys listings several times but I guess eBay’s AI is too dumb to do anything. If more people report him it may save some unsuspecting buyer from dropping $450 on Chinese trash
