Hey everyone. I have a weird one that I can’t seem to figure out. 3 days ago my volume knob reversed. Turn right and the sound goes down. Buttons in the steering wheel work correctly. I did a master reset on the Sync 3. It didn’t make a difference. I then unplugged the battery for 30 minutes and that did nothing. Any suggestions or have something similar happen?
Hey everyone. I have a Mini 3 that I’ve had for 60 days. It has 3.55 hours on it and it just went into an uncommanded hard left bank and crashed. I waited until I had around 14 satellites, put it in a hover then slowly went up to about 30’. At that point it banked hard left and hit a tree. Flight was less than a minute. I recovered the drone and the 2 left legs are broken but props are intact. Gimbal was locked but I was able to free it afterwards. It powers up fine and throws no codes. What could have caused it and how should I proceed with help from DJI? Thank you for your help.
