Philz coffee in San Ramon used to give a free refill, and one local cafe in pleasanton. Trying to see if there’s any cafe that gives this?

I am 220 pounds usually and it fluctuates between 210-215 after on ozempic. I have been on and off for an year but no progress whatsoever. People who used Ozempic, what are your diet and exercise protocols? I am type 2 diabetic with high cholesterol and triglycerides as well.
