7 days trading AI and RAM stocks with Gemma 4 31B and GPT 5.6 Sol

This is a live account, all trades are done by the LLMs on my platform. Those are my top 10 bots, I am running 20 bots total right now (10 on Gemma and 10 on 5.6 Sol).

It was a good week last week, these bots are trading stuff like Sandisk, Samsung, Micron, DRAM ETF, and NBIS.

These are new settings I'm trying out so I don't have more history for it yet.

Let me know if you have any questions or want to run your own bot. It is free.

Google AI, Codex, and Claude Code are day trading for me on small accounts

Yesterday was very good because two bots were trading NBIS and it rallied on earnings (I think this was all over WSB).

Right now I'm running 20 bots total: 10 on Gemma 4 31B (using a free Google AI Studio account), 3 on Codex with GPT 5.6 Sol and 7 on 5.6 Terra. I started running the Codex bots just this week so I'm hoping that they can trade better than G4.

This is a free, open arena for running your own AI trading bots. All settings, trades, and analysis is shared. You can also see and copy the settings/strategy from any bot on the platform.

Setting up is very easy now, just ask Codex or Claude Code to set it up for you.

You can also just copy trade any bot on the platform, which is also free.

If you have any questions on how this works or how to set up, just ask here.

Update: Google AI is still trading my $100 Hyperliquid account

https://preview.redd.it/b0qlriguf98h1.png?width=1230&format=png&auto=webp&s=4ea238d393dc24b54d153b80bce119f33947356d

Quick update after the first post got auto-removed by Reddit’s filters.

That post hit 200k+ views and 1k+ shares before it disappeared, so here’s the latest screenshot.

Same $100 account. Still only trading HYPE on Hyperliquid. Still using Gemma 4 through Google AI Studio free tier.

The account is now up about 50% realized after fees.

Not saying this scales yet. It’s still a tiny account and one market only.

The interesting part to me is that it ran up, pulled back, then recovered. That’s usually where these bots start falling apart.

Win rate is barely over 50%, so it’s not calling every move perfectly. The average win has just been bigger than the average loss so far.

I’ll keep letting it run and update again when there’s more data.

I'm experimenting with 16 LLM trading bots on Hyperliquid

I've been running these bots for the last six months. Most of the "profitable" settings have been running for 30-45 days.

The bots in blue belong to me, the others belong to my friends. The platform is open to everyone and is free to use in Client mode (runs in the browser or Windows app). Most of the bots are running on Gemma 4 31B on Free Tier Google AI Studio. The bots check the market every minute (configurable) and use candles, stats, account info, positions, performance, market regime, and economic calendar to trade.

I still have some issues to fix with bots bleeding money in a sideways market, but they do well in a trending market. PnL varies, good stable settings I found perform reasonably well, but I'm trying out a lot of new things as well (not all successful haha).

All the strategies are open and public. If you have any questions or want to know how it works, you're welcome to ask here.

Google AI is trading for me since May 2026 on a $100 account

It has been reasonably profitable so far, it is trading HYPE on Hyperliquid. So far it's up 55% (PnL in the screenshot is only for realized gains). I am using a free Gemma 4 model on Google AI Studio with a Free Tier account.

If you have any questions on the strategy or how to set it up, just ask here.

Good day today

These are my LLM trading bots, trading on Hyperliquid using free Gemma 4 models (Local + Google AI Studio API).

I wish every day was like that haha, but today it's pretty good.

I built a Hyperliquid-native platform for running LLM trading bots

I’ve been working on this for about 6 months.

It started because I wanted to see if LLMs could actually trade, not just write market analysis. I ended up building a full app around it, focused only on Hyperliquid.

The main idea is simple: create a bot, pick the model, edit the prompts/settings, and let it trade on HL. You can run it server-side, or in client mode where it runs in your browser. Client mode can be basically free if you use local AI or free model tiers like Gemma.

There’s also a leaderboard, analytics, full decision history, prompts, reasoning, fees, PnL, etc. Settings are shareable/copyable because I think the interesting part is seeing what actually works.

So far it’s done about 1.6M prompts, 14k trades, and a little over $1M in HL volume. Small accounts, but real usage.

I’m mostly looking for Hyperliquid users who want to test it, break it, or tell me what’s dumb.

Site is vtxmacro.com Happy to answer anything.

Are expensive AI models better trading agents?

I’ve been testing AI models as trading agents and I don’t think expensive models are reliably better.

I tested Gemini 3 Flash and Gemma 4 31B in my trading bot platform.

Gemini 3 Flash was not automatically good. Mostly average. Sometimes lucky.

Gemma 4 31B, which can run on free-tier Google AI Studio, can also get lucky.

The cost difference is huge though. A frontier-model bot can cost $7-$100+ per day depending on cadence, prompt size, and review setup.

My current take is that the model matters, but the agent system matters more:

- prompt

- context

- risk rules

- symbol selection

- review model

- execution guardrails

- cooldowns

For people building agents, does that match your experience?

Is the model the edge, or is the system around it the edge?
