Anyone have any experience replacing the bumper or any parts of it? Found my car like this after leaving the grocery store. I was hoping part of the bumper could be replaced rather than the entire thing.

I have an ariens 42 inch ride on mower. It began sputtering quite a bit and when I stopped it I noticed this piece just bouncing around. Would this have anything to do with it? Any advice appreciated!
