Need advice on making an informed yet very fast decision on out of state truck purchase

I’ve been in the market for a used F250 for a few months now. I am looking for a low mileage 2017-2022 F250 with 6.2 gas motor 6 speed trans, 40/20/40 front seat, Elocker, etc... I am looking for a specific truck is where I am going with it. I have came across a few of these trucks while doing nationwide searches. I can usually get 1-2 emails into a sales person before I get a “truck has been sold” response. This happens in the span of 24-36 hours. I believe I’m looking for something highly desirable so I have a lot of competition. For those of you out there who have purchased a popular car or truck from across the country how did you do it? I need some sort of advantage to get the deal done while still doing my diligence with things like financing, 3rd Party PPI, getting solid info from the sales team etc… It seems almost impossible to make all this happen before these trucks get sold as of late!
